About Shepherd's Angel

On May 12th, 2022, our beloved Kim received a life-altering diagnosis: Small Cell Lung Carcinoma, a relentless and swiftly progressing form of cancer. What followed was a courageous, ten-month battle filled with determination, resilience, and unwavering kindness. Sadly, on March 16th, 2023, we said our farewells as Kim journeyed to a better place. In memory of her boundless love and selflessness, her indomitable grit, and her enduring kindness, the children and I have come together to establish this nonprofit organization.

Our purpose is rooted in the hope of assisting families facing situations akin to the challenges we encountered during Kim's valiant fight, as well as offering support for their unique needs. Our heartfelt intention is to alleviate the financial strains associated with cancer, such as travel expenses for essential second opinions, grocery costs, and other bills that can cast a dark cloud over these trying circumstances. We pray that Shepherd's Angel reaches and touches the lives of countless families, becoming a source of solace and aid in their moments of adversity and struggle. To fulfill our mission and support more families affected by cancer, we rely on our community's help. We've created opportunities for financial contributions, offering prizes as a token of our appreciation for your kindness. If financial support isn't feasible, your prayers are equally cherished and powerful. Join us in making a difference during these challenging times.
